I'm almost certain that those are the result of rankerX. Article Directories or "premium google sites". I had the same problem and thought the same thing. I disabled both of those categories and I haven't seen them pop up in ahrefs since. Hope that helps

There is no negative SEO. Google just ignore spammy links, they don't downgrade your website because of them.
