For those of you who have paid using 2Checkout, there are 2 options for you. I will try my best to explain what you guys can do.

1) If you paid using 2CO with your Paypal account, then simply log into your Paypal, and open a dispute from there.

2) If you paid using 2CO with your credit/debit card (and not Paypal) - then there is no way for you to open a dispute by logging into a 2CO account or anything. Head over to http://www.2co.com/ and try entering the details in the box and see what you get. If that does not work, contact 2Checkout. Tell them that you want to chargeback / dispute the money and they should do it themselves. Then from here onwards, it works like a PP dispute - the seller has a certain time to respond.

I suggest everyone to dispute the money at the end of today if Portugal does not seem to reply here with any news.

EDIT: Tutorial with images on how to open a dispute/ticket regarding a sale done through 2Checkout, with no Paypal. This is for the people who paid using their card on the 2CO website without using Paypal.

1) Go to the website link above.



2) Enter in your order number, or card details to locate the order you made.



3) Once you do that, you will be on a page with the orders you made using the details you provided. Select the right one.



4) Select your order, and in the top right corner click on "Open ticket".



5) Now just fill in the required details, give them the full information and wait for the dispute to be taken place.

I can't refund from Paypal if you don't open dispute like I said. I will not reply to Paypal dispute so in this way Paypal should give your money back. I still didn't received money from 2CO, thought that they arrive Tuesday...

They do arrive on Tuesday. There are no bank holidays so there shouldn't be an issue here mate. I'm actually starting to think you are lying. Come on Skype and show someone on Teamviewer of your situation.

You're a 17 year old guy, Im not much older than you too but I know how to handle sales professionally. What you done can be forgiven, but you are just longing this out!

But man... what to do if I don't have money? I refunded payments from 2CO. I still don't have money to deposit on my Paypal and people don't even want to open dispute like I said. I also thought that money from 2CO arrives in bank on Tuesday (I read one of your threads).

I will not reply in the Paypal dispute and they will for sure get the money back, but it takes time... I don't have any chance man

1) Contact 2Checkout. Phone them and ask. You expect us to do the work FOR YOU? Out of the $10K you supposedly earned, take $5, add Skype credit and phone 2CHECKOUT and ask them YOURSELF!

2) No.. I am sure if you write in the Paypal claim box something like "He is right. I scammed him. Please refund ASAP" - then the situation can be handled faster instead of the person having to wait for Paypal to review everything. (Which can take a LONG TIME in some cases)

I don't have any box to right on Paypal dispute. On all disputes I have 3 options: 1. issue full refund (which doesn't allow me because I have negative balance) 2. provide tracking information and 3. provide proof that you refunded

... believe me man that I've done everything possible on Paypal to refund them all... I just opened a ticket to 2CO and waiting for their message

I'm guessing that the payout from 2checkout is not the same for everyone... actually I know it is not. I get mine on Thursdays (maybe country specific?) after I reach the threshold... if the threshold is not met no funds are sent.

Portgual - did you reach the threshold?

If not lower it and that will get you the funds sooner.

Yes sir, payment from 2checkout has been sent but now is in bank processing from my country I think. I'm sure that 2checkout payment has been sent.

What day do you NORMALLY get your payments?
You told everyone that you will refund them on Tuesday. Today is that day. What are you going to do about it?

Ok I understand that he scammed you and misled you and probably sandboxed your site but settle down internet gangster. Everything in life has solutions. Just follow Leith's recommendations.

Guys make asap a dispute.2CO is wiring funds on wednesday morning which means its impossible that he gets any funds today on his bank account from 2co.Wires from 2co are always on friday or monday on bankaccounts from india.He is just playing on time to get tomorrow the wire from 2co and to disappear

Yes. I have the will to refund, that's why I'm here. I just said that I didn't received any money from 2Checkout.

James has just escaladate the claim to dispute and he will get refund in a few moments, I just have to do the trick. Rest of you, don't know why don't you listen to me and open a good dispute where I can refund you... Rest of you will have to wait till i will get the money from 2co and deposit to my card

Just refund! You escalated the dispute to a claim. Do you know how long that will take? Also, there is no guarantee we will get the refund. Looks like you may be just playing for time!
