portugalkix scammer?

This seems kinda fishy. I just hope everyone listened to Leith when he said:

"Just don't wait till Tuesday as the money in Portugals 2CO account would hit his bank and it may be a bit harder after then if he runs away with it. "

It is only 11am in the UK at the moment. Like proxygo said, lets give him some time, and hopefully he will stick by his word and refund everyone who asked. Personally I don't think we'll be hearing from him, or if we do, it will be with an excuse.
 
Still have not received my refund, and I still haven't heard back from an email I sent to him over a week ago....
 
we all hope everyone gets refunded
far to often a donor gets caught out, promises refund
then vanishes on the date they say they will fix it.
he said Tuesday, its Tuesday. but depending on his
country of origin it might not be 9 am yet. lets
see what unfolds by the end of the day. ide be
worried if he doesn't reply by the end of the day

I had a fight with my parents and felt really bad, I'm crying till yesterday without stop. After what I've done they keep still yelling at me from stupid things. I thought that money is the issue, I bringed 10k$ at home, I paid all debts, everything and now I'm fucked again. I've made evertyhing for them. I've sacrified my years from 13 to 17... everything is worthless. I think I deserve this because what I've done, isn't it? Anyway, just crying a little over here.

I have respect for personal matters. However, I doubt many people involved here will care for your sob-story (rightly so).

Leith, when does money arrives in your Bank account? What country are you form? What is your GMT?

I don't see any good thing to happen man :( I though that money is the problem. I want to get move from their house, I can't leave with so much hate from them.
 
Sorry man but until I receive a refund I am not bothered about the sob story. You have been on skype and completely ignored me. Where is my refund? You are clearly online so what is your excuse now?

I think you should make the refund to everyone as soon as possible and restart from scratch. Your reputation has already gone down and if you continue to come with more stories then you will either end up ruining your future business or getting banned of forum.

Hey man I respect where you are coming from and I appreciate you refunding everyone their money (especially me). If you aren't banned, pm me and i'll see if I can help you get back on your feet. Scamming is never right, but given tough circumstances I can see why you might have been driven to it. But honestly this forum is filled with the gentle hearted. If you need help, people will come to your aid. Just make sure to refund those that asked it.
 
I'm also waiting for refund, I've read on previous page that you can refund payment from 2CO immediately, my payment is through 2CO so please refund it soon.
 
I've never believed in this karma thing, but now I'm starting to consider that I've missed something here.

Good I just saw this. First of all, man, you seem like a great guy in general and you have made a really big mistake which you could of easily avoided. I hope what you are saying is true about the fight with your parents, but we cannot do anything about that. You know what karma is. When it comes back, it fucks you up real BAD. I hope you take this as a learning experience.

I received this weeks payment today from 2Checkout. I have no idea what time in specific it came but I know that I get my money in my bank every Tuesday without an issue, (with the exception of bank holiday, where it comes 1-2 days later).

I am in the UK - Scotland.
 
Thats great news. I raised a dispute on Paypal. Please refund asap.

One thing - DO NOT close your dispute. Even if he tells you that he will pay in a few minutes. DO NOT CLOSE THE DISPUTE. Once closed, you cannot open again.
