You don't want to switch to facebook ads if you just begin google ads, it's important to stick to one channel to understand it better.
TJ and Exoclick are different.
for OP, I advertised on Exo and TJ.
I like TJ and it's very cheap if you have a relevant offer. I saw good results with popunder and instream videos, be sure to nail and know your conversion funnel first, it's like non adult advertising.
