I had about 20 videos that I uploaded on tube sites and got thousands of views. Only got a few visitors to the sites that I had on them.

The algorithm only picks a couple of videos that get featured, so you need to be lucky with that. Good content and using the right keywords and thumbnails will get you good views (20k+) but for 250k - 1m views you need to get featured.
important is the description, quality, eg. when you upload your video of popular pornstars or popular webcam person. If you have a video too described on a micro-niche, so it does not see much, but again affects in niched community. Many video views are not everything

You have to optimize your videos with the 16 keywords that you're allowed use. Like someone mentioned in a previous post, finding a niche also helps. If you have followers on other platforms (Twitter, OnlyFans, or Sharesome for example) you might be able to promote your PornHub page to them and get more views. High quality videos will help as well. If you're using a low megapixel camera and getting crappy angles, don't expect to get lots of viewership. You have to invest in your success. Good Luck!
