Hi, i wanted to start a porn site. I did my home work find money and ready for it. But at last i found porn is illegal in my country. I am not going to create porn. Just embedding other country videos. Hope to use whois protection. but i think there is a risk. Will it be a problem for me? Or should i find any other work?

There will be a risk for sure. Whois privacy isn't enough to stop the government. It's unlikely they will trace it back to you, but it's still a risk that exists. I don't recommend you do it. Lots of other niches out there that you can try that wont get you in the same trouble. You don't want to have to worry about that and have to keep it a secret from everyone and always be scared.
 
If the money are flowing you can always open an offshore company.
 
You can use cloudflare but this is not enough. In my opinion you select legal sectors.

that's what I was worried
 
Offshore server/domain is the way to go. Obviously check if your profit will be decent before you go, as everyone knows it has to be profitable for you.
 
Usually if you use offshore hosting and whois privacy protection you are fine as long as long as you don't post stuff like cp that is illegal everywhere.
But problem is once your site gets really popular, it will come under the radar of the government. If the government decides go after the site they can get the whois info.
So to be completely safe, you will have to block the entire up range of your country from accessing your site. Then use a proxy or VPN to manage your site.
The question is, do you think it is worth all the hassle?
