POP3/IMAP Server

Does anyone know the POP3/IMAP mail server and port for protonmail?

I have IG accounts in Jarvee that use protonmail but I can't add them for email confirmations because I'm not sure the mail server and port that is used for them.

I have googled everything and nothing shows me their mail server or port....

Any help is greatly appreciated..
