pop-under traffic JV

I have about 1mil tier1 traffic all pop under traffic but not converting well at all. I use to send it to Dailymotion and other video platforms to get CPM revenue but it seems they do not pay for this kind of traffic anymore. If anyone has an idea what to do with all my traffic please let me know, I'm open to suggestions and JV's.

You forgot to mention it is from adware/malware That is the reason it doesn't convert.

It is indeed from adware and that is why it doesnt convert, there are still ways to monetize the traffic but you have to get creative
I was making 1k+/day at a certain point.
