Poor people on BHW

I rent out the entire basement of a 3 story house in the middle of nowhere. I quit my job on Nov. 15th 2011 to pursue working for myself. I didn't know anything about IM, except that I wanted to do it. In hindsight, it was the craziest thing I ever did. I went from making $16.28 an hour to having to sell my expensive toys for less than half their worth just to feed myself and keep a roof over my head due to having no savings. Would I recommend it to anyone else? Shit no.

I have damn near $5k sitting in my CPA accounts right now from this year so far. Would be more, but I'm having issues I'm trying to get fixed in the next 1-2 days.

For me it's my try to become selfemployed and have a solid income before my 30s start (4y left ^^)

OP is missing the 5000 or so 1k+ a day members who dont brag about it.

Are you saying you made $5k in 13 days from CPA?

Well the distribution is same as life the majority are low/medium people and the minority high earners.

I dropped school on 16 to work on my dad seo company now i have 19.

I earn 4x figures,the company 6x figures.

Um, it's a bit insulting you think everyone here is a spammer/scammer. A very large number of us are into blackhat seo etc.

This isn't a scam forum and in fact the really dark stuff is against the rules or frowned upon.

I have a job working at a shop 12 hours a day for $1,500 a month. I'll never leave it because I can sit on the computer all day and work on IM if I don't have to tend to customers. But it's still 12 fucking hours a day, and I'd rather build atleast one IM project up to earn just as much as I make at the shop and see my kids for more than 3 hours at night each day.

No one is poor on BHW we all wallow in the abundance of friendship and knowledge.

Strange question but I have a strange answer. How about lawyers who are sick of the way the state uses the law to steal our money and deny our freedom. As a result they become anarchists and believe agorism (look it up) is the way to live free. Thus they search for ways to earn an income that are free, or at least freer, from state control. I know there's at least one of those.

Do you know most peoples intentions? I guess not. So why do you speak in their names? Speak for yourself mate.

I for myself earn money the legit way. Yeah I might trick people a bit here and there, but not doing anything illegal. Tricking people into filling a CPA is one thing, scamming people is a whole other thing. And it's something what I've never done.

Also blog/forum spam isn't illegal. Mail spam is. Reading laws sometimes helps

i'm in this for the long run.

making more money with less hours worked.
having more freedom with my time.
being able to run my business from anywhere in the world.
not having to sit in rush hour traffic for 2 hours every day.

i usually go for long-term sustainable income in my internet ventures, because i don't ever intend on returning to the 9-5 rat race.
that's why i'm doing IM, in a nutshell.

I hesitate to share this, but here it goes. I owned a business that was doing OK. Just with the economy being what it is, it ultimately failed. I did that for just over 7 years.

Before that I work as a tech in telecommunications. An industry that just imploded in early 2000's. That was well over 12 years of my life. Then the job ended and so many people looking for that type of work made it beyond hard to get a job (have to believe nothing is impossible).

The two back to back experiences wiped out my savings and Depression took over my life. Completely over come by that I tried to commit suicide. I got tracked down by the police due to having my cell phone with me, and arrested and hospitalized. Now I am losing my house. And with the arrest can never pass the back ground check to get back to what I have the most training in.

I dabbled around with many ways to make money online, when I came across this website. Now I am all in. I don't have a choice but to make this work. One goal I have is to leave the state (both mentally and physically) that I am in. this is the most appealing part of IM for me. I can build this and take it wherever I go. IM is simple- though it is not proving to be easy. That said, I have never taken on work that is easy.

This year will be the year for me to make things work in IM. Success is my only option. And frankly I have found a lot of hope here. I don't have any success stories to share yet. I however have taken many action steps and feel I am headed in the right direction. Sometimes burning the bridge behind you is a good reminder to keep going forward. Anyway, that's where I am at. Hope that wasn't too much.

As for me, I am a MBA graduate who left the corporate world to pursue BHW full-time. This is how I make my living. It's a fun gig but it has a lot of responsibilities.

It's awesome during hunting season to go out during the weekday while other hunters are at work and get a 'yote or monster buck.

That's awesome! I also have an MBA but couldn't STAND the corporate world. That's why I do SEO full time now. Plus I make way more doing this than I ever did working for some unethical bank

well i'm a pro trader at betfair, dealing with domains and websites from time to time as well, but trading is my actual job

I am a Calibration Tech. I make around $1,600 a month, but with BHW I hope to make alot more!

I'd love to hear some dirty stories

Less than 1% of the people here actually figure out how to make money...Making money worth talking about requires an abstract type of creativity to combine different needs, resources, and data into a system for creating value. Less than 1% of the population will ever figure this out, so its probably about the same %'s here...

This forum can help you if your current method of making a living consist of creating bots and reading marketing WSO's for free, or for getting free consulting from people who do not understand what they are worth and waste their entire lives trying to get more forum rep...

Or it can be a colossal waste of time. It is really up to the individual, has nothing to do with the forum...
