[Pointers Needed] Local SEO Middle East

I’m just wondering if you have any advice about local SEO tactics for Middle East business/website/target market?

I’m not sure if everything that works in the US, UK, etc.
Works in the Middle East.

Your pointers will be highly appreciated (especially if you tried and tested)

Not tried nor tested but I don't see why the same tactics as US markets wouldnt work.

Search for the leads in the area and offer your service. Build your website around a local keyword and then reach out to local businesses.

Same principles should apply world wide. Money transends most barriers.
