PMTA - Route hotmail emails to external SmartHost

Helo, I'm pretty new with PMTA and I have it working fine.

But I've noticed that Microsoft has banned all C class IPs of my provider's network, so all emails are stolen.

I was thinking to make PMTA to route all those emails to another smtp server.

How to do that ?
