PMAX campaign started great, now is going to hell

Hi all, ive been trying to figure this one out for a while, i created a PMAX campaign for a real estate website, which performed great, a lot of conversions on the website but Around May i started to notice fake registrations, particularly for people searching Mansions, im talking 80 million in Beverly Hills kinda stuff, i didn't care much since there is always dreamers who are curious, fast forward a few months and the traffic and registrations of this kind is getting out of control, i took my clickcease click data and submitted to google but still no solution, i excluded the URLs on my campaigns to make sure PMAX would not promote that in any way, still, i see the Analytics and traffic somehow end up on Mansions, my ADs do not promote mansions at all, i talked to the website host and asked to take down the pages with any mansions but this is not possible at all because its part of a feed from the MLS which includes other properties as well, regular ones, are these bots? competition being shitty? its the most odd thing ive seen in Adwords, anybody with feedback would help a lot thanks
