Who do you need to contact? When you can't start a convo , tag them in relevant thread like this @ketchupz , with public question. If you aren't spammer, there is nothing to hide. Reason is simple one: keeping spamtards away.

Who the fuck are you to trade anything yet? Once they start conversation with you if they want to, you can continue that conversation without problems.

Make a thread in the proper section and use the @ symbol in front of their name and they will get a notification.
