PLZZ HELP ME TO DECODE ONLY ONE FILE PHP WITH IONCUBE

I have bought a theme (wordpress theme) and I can't change its core functions (though I have paid the price, and I mentioned the seller is selling translation of another person's theme!), because the functions.php and RTL_License_055acec9157a00cb.php files are encoded! please someone decode them for me. thanks

and is there any tool that do this for free, as far as i looked(i didnt look that far) i didnt see anything or a guide that help me build my own?
 
I'm not equipped to crack encryption, but maybe someone with that skill set will see this. Good luck!

Honestly, ioncube's a pain. Have you tried any online decoders or is it throwing errors?
 
I tried easutoyou for php 7.4 and olderand used dezender. Xyz for php 8.1 and newer
