With that, we do not provide any special shield for anonymity.
Sellers are expected and required to provide truthful accurate details. If they don't then under clause 5.4 of our standard terms they will be in breach of the agreement and we can suspend or close the account.
In addition the Plimus Privacy Policy makes it crystal clear that we reserve the right to pass information onto a law enforcement body and will obey legal requirements and subpoenas and court orders.
Regarding copyrights, regardless of the product type, Plimus respects the intellectual property of others and expects all Plimus Sellers to do the same. If anyone believes that their copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through Plimus, they may notify our copyright agent, as set forth in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA).
