I also had to manually scrape thousands of subreddits then post them one by one and filter it out, not an easy job quite time consuming
How long does this takes?
Days? Or hours, I am currently looking for a way to do something like this

It can take a few hours or a day to filter out working subreddits depending on how many subreddits you want to have.

yeah youre right, idk what I expected, started three subreddits in different niches 2 days ago and currently at 30, 20 and 10 members.
Found like 4-5 crosspostable subreddits related to each niche and crossposted there.
Any tips on how can I grow faster?
Also can you advise where can I purchase aged reddit accs with karma for it please?

Nobody is going to share it here, but its pretty easy to scrape.
To find if a subreddit allows crossposts, just try crosspoting into it with a bot. With this method you can filter a huge list of subreddits very quickly.
To scrape new subreddits, you can start with a small amount of subreddits, scrape the posters, scrape subs they posted to, repeat the cycle.
To find out if a subreddit is nsfw, scrape the front page, if all posts are nsfw, then the subreddit is nsfw.
