Please review my online store.

Great idea but i think that giving your product a name would make easier for people to find your products on other stores or even worse - Ali express.

you are right, my bad

site looks nice and all, but one thing, u have something called available options, Ships from China or Ships from Russian Federation.

that might spook lot of customers what is that.

Your website looks great, I really like it. I am working on a site with similar niche so good and kinda-not (XD) to see someone else doing the same as me :)

No idea how people can say the site looks fine. I consider myself a newbie but:

- Your site has next to zero identity, no brand feeling, no thought out color scheme that’s apparent.

- entering your homepage, 3/4 of the screen on mobile is covered with a search bar I have no idea what to do with

- go into collection, I have to SCROLL to see a product which Is a no go. Keep converting elements above the fold always. Attention span is very short, especially when shopping clothes..

-multiple links to Shopping cart and profile, both text and icon, why?

I’d say your biggest problem is not having good stuff above the fold on mobile. Haven’t checked desktop. Good luck!

That is a really good question.
I know that i don't have a unique product but sometimes it just need's to be eyecatching for a person to buy it.
If i got only 75 clicks from 8k+ ad views then maybe something is wrong with my advertising?
This is what i did put on my facebook ads:

and got only 10 - 20 clicks in total from 5k+ views

Rest of clicks i got when i did a christmas giveaway but it is too expensive to do giveaway advertising.
Looks good sounds to me you don't have the targeting down 20clicks on 5k impressions is horrible.

Your prices are bad though, humans are habid creatures $55.29 looks weird.

Well this looks nice to me, I'm not interested in bags really, but if I were, i would trust this design

The site looks good I'm a man but I'm good at choosing bags for my wife. I probably wouldn't buy from your site because i like to see name brands. Thats just my 2 cents

Few things you should have:
- Payments page, which payment methods are accepted etc
- Contact Us page should have address, phone number, email address etc, maybe Google maps...
- About Us should tell bit more about you/your business, it's too short
- On collections pages the area between the menu and products is too high, takes too much space and you need to scroll to see products
I hope that helps.

I'm laughing out loud but you definitely have a point! :D

As a woman from this exact demographic, I can second this. You can appeal to us with logic but, that's extremely hard. You'd have to have an authority site accompanying your bags (which, there's already plenty of). Selling to emotions is a lot easier. You're having the same problem i had with my shopify store. Your store isn't bad but, there's no really good reason to buy from you. There's no identity. No exclusives. No following. It's why i had to scrap my fashion shop and change how i sold what i do. American women my age want brands. You may be better off retargeting.

I second this. Don't be afraid to bullshit the About Us page a bit, as long as out can't be confirmed with less than 30 seconds of Google, most your target demographic won't be smart enough to figure out out.

I think you're on the right path but you could use some tweaking. If you want me to take a look at any of your revisions please let me know. I'd be happy to help. Good luck!

Hey and thank you for your critique !

- I could agree with that at some point. A different logo with more identity would improve the quality.

- I have not optimized it for mobile yet and i am choosing desktop advertisement because of that.

- Viewing all results at the same page at one collection only could run smoother for users with slow internet. Guess i could use some apps to make it more social.

- newer thought about that before.

- As i said before, i have not optimized it for mobile yet.

I am targeting mostly women 18-35y and from USA.
This is it? You need to go deeeeeeeeeeeeper (thats what she said).
Something like... if its bag with fokin weed on it target "bob marley" type of pages.
Also you can try make it somehow viral/interesting. Put that bag on the monkey.. give him gun and record it.
Ofc am joking with this.. point is that i hate boring ads.

Site is nice and colourful and eye catching but the products don't fill me with a passion to buy. They are just listings. If I was choosing a backpack I would want to see some write up telling me how it's going to do what I want it to do. If I was choosing one to go hiking I would want to see a description that tells me its waterproof... easy on my shoulders... large capacity etc so I will believe its right for me. Also not having brand names is going to be tricky to convince someone to buy from a random site. Finally "ships from China" is never going to work well. I wouldnt buy anything from there as I will probably end up waiting ages and getting a customs import bill, plus China is generally though to produce bad quality products. Even if they dont I think most people believe they do.

compare your page to this one...

https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_...2113?url=search-alias=aps&field-keywords=bags

* you need some highly visible known brand names to build credibility and some starred reviews and testimonials would help. you should also add more page content, too much white space on the pages.

who are the makers of these items: https://baglands.com/collections/womens-backpacks

i saw "oxford" but a name like "bagland" screams, "cheap knockoff" - a big problem since brand names sell items: Gucci, Avon, etc. etc.

people also search for brand names: "Gucci handbags"

* your "about us" page (https://baglands.com/pages/about-us) says very little about where you are located ... city? state? province? country? having a phone number on the page would help.

* customer support is 8-17. this should be in 12-hour format with a time zone.
8-17 where? toronto? new york? california? singapore? thailand? north korea?

* this is amazon's "about us" page: https://www.amazon.com/p/feature/rzekmvyjojcp6uc
see how much info they have?

i'm not surprised by the lack of sales, people probably don't feel secure in what they're getting since they don't know who they're dealing with. you're a new company so you must build trust.

Hey and thanks for advice.

How exactly do you market your products or store with instazood? just by liking and following people ?
Do people actually shop online on mobile as much as on desktop?

Site is preety decent & looks authentic . Just keep on testing with fb ads , and you should also test the instagram influencers .

liking and following can be done by using instazood bot..just set and monitor..all you need is to update you instagram by posting all of your products..set your web store link on your instagram profile. In each of your post, ask people to click on the link to visit your store..put candies and sweets call to action to attract them to click..such as discount, free shipping, limited time sales etc
