DMCA ignored hosting is a bit costlier than the regular hosting.

I am using WebCare360 dot com for the past few months and haven't faced any major issue yet. But it is a bit costly than regular shared hosting.

Good luck with 10Gbps in Offshore Hosting, it will cost more than 200€ this is guaranteed.
There doesn't exist cheap vps or server with 10Gbps for less than 100€ month.
