I am looking for contextual links from article so can you please suggest me some websites from where I can submit article and build links from within article and that is approved instantly.

Any site that is not moderated is going to be spammed to death and give you little or no SEO benefit. Google knows that the only people posting to those sites are link spammers so basically just a waste of time and energy like unmoderated blog comments and profile links.

They can still be useful for link diversity if used in moderation with non spun content.

I am a big believer in link diversity but very few if any of the pages would get indexed and if they are not indexed they are not going to help you. Also investing in non-spun content for such low quality links makes no sense at all. The amount of money (or time) you would have to invest would give you a horrible ROI on the links.
Sorry but it is just one of those link types that are not really worth doing any longer.

I would avoid all auto-approve article submission sites. There's really no SEO benefits due to high spam and OBL rate.
