You can use the seoquake extension in google chrome it will more useful to find the nofollow links in a simple way.

Are these any good for a site, specially when they are so easy to post content on?
And not jut these ofcourse, but in general are these kind of multi niche sites that are easy to land a gues post on, any good for you in the long run? Especially when your site is new?
