You can try on reddit cash4cash
Or you can contact someone and buy bitcoins from them with PayPal or Payoneer
But when you pay with paypal your anonymity will compromise, for this you have to arrange fake paypal

Hi it is difficult to do! You have to verify your own identity before purchase. I recently use trust wallet and they also ask for verify identity. Though it was simple process.

There are marketplaces where you can do P2P buying bitcoin at a much higher rate, and only a limited amount, and there is no guarantee that you will actually be sent the bitcoin. If you are interested in this though, PM me.

Buy usdt > send to eth dex or Eos dex or solo dex > swap to BTC.

Better method is: buy usdt=>send to dex and buy ETH=>swap eth=>wbtc
