I wish to congratulate you and your sister for finally getting her hard-earned money back. You're the lucky ones..not many got their money back with dhgate.com Paypal or eBay. Going directly to the police and ScamNet is the right thing to do...that is the higher authorities usually the government agency dealing with online fraud. Going to eBay, Paypal and dhgate is a waste of time...they are only interested in making money...not protecting the customer's interest.Scamet is doing a great job for Australian citizens....not every countries have one.

I have heard of people doing this, they sell something, send it to you registered mail, and once you sign for it - you have basically accepted the product as is. I bet they wont sign for the package that you send back. I once had a claim against me - customer claimed they sent it back to me, had no proof, I didnt get it but paypal still refunded them the money. Fight it with paypal, and if they say no, keep fighting.

I want to buy an Iphone 3g ANyone knows what is the best place i saw it on DHgates they are selling it for 200-300$ Which is a great price i need some good site which i can trust or some good seller on BHW. I need 1 iphone for now if i get it for cheap i will buy 5-6 for my friends. If anyone want to help me out let me know

the best thing you can do is get a hacked paypal or CC and buy a laptop for your sister. from dhgate..(by the way dhgate is cardable ) ,

In my country online scam are treated like a kid tale by the police...
They laugh at you.

And I assume they all come from alibaba.com which is also full of scammers..Where the hell is someone supposed to find shit to sell for cheap..I cant afford a truckload of merchandise..And I am not about to get scammed by some short chinese fuckers..any advice? does anyone know of any liquidation places? where I can maybe pick up a pallet of two of shit?
