PLEASE HELP!! query on Anonymity

i have several questions that i havent been able to find the answers too on these forum. i would appreciate any comment one might have.

1). if i bought a program like ghostsurf, would that eliminate my need for proxies and proxy switcher and second would this be recomemded for blackhat techniques?

2). if i am only using softwares for blackhat techniques like bmd4 and xrumer5 would i still need a proxy switcher like ghostsurf or do they connect to the net individualy on socks5.

3). are there any risks operating xrumer5 and bmd4 on a public ip like your local lybrary ofcourse still using a proxy on the programs. so even though for some reason your ip is banned from bookmarking sites or forums it wouldnt be your private ip.

4). what if i run my laptop on starbucks or mcdonalds wireless service still ofcourse using a proxy on my softwar would this be less risky then using a public lybrary?

5). if i am caught useing such software and blackhat techniques what are the concicuences i face?

2. As far as I know ghostsurf is nothing to do with proxies, it does a similar job to crapcleaner, which is free.
3. No risks that I am aware of, but if you're using proxies why bother with a library?
4. Not sure what you mean by 'less risky'. What exactly is it that you are concerned about?

If you are spamming, such as CL for example your ip gets banned. If you're stupid enough to use your standard ip from your ISP it is possible that they may warn you or even take their service away from you.

Ghost Surf is wonderful for proxies!

I use it all the time although recently I managed to damage my install.

Ghost Surf proxies are not transparent and will put you as showing in all kinds of interesting places.

Its anti-spyware features are very good also.

I am not shilling for GS as I am not an affiliate but highly recommend it!

Just for using BMD and Xrumer the FBI won't knock on your door, trust me!
However, if you plan on doing anything illegal, hack yourself into your neighbours WLAN and you'll be fine!
[that's what i do, and if the FBI suddenly appears - i never had WLAN access, muha!] xD

Xrumer gathers anon proxies from a list of sources to use for posting with the program anyway, so there really isn't a need for that. Not sure about BMD though.

i appreciate everyones help. but paranoid wouldnt be the right word to use. these were just unanswered questions built-up from reading all the posts on this forum. i was mostly just concern about my ip being banned from popular sites. i was thinking about using the public library assuming the connection would be alot faster then using proxies that was all.

i did findout that xrumer does gather its own anon proxies and it would be pointless running it in a library because it would take several hours to complete one project.

Use the Switch Proxy pro program that was released int eh downloads section a few days ago.
