Please help - Need to hire Virtual Assistant

Hello I need to hire a virtual assistant to remove ghost followers from my business Instagram (account engagement has tanked from ghost followers)
I don't want to give him the password
Meta Business Suite is no good, it doesn't allow access to removing followers
Neither does Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.
Lastpass and password apps don't work because you can just click "show" and they can see the Instagram password
Does anyone have a solution for this ????

No other way without sharing your password.
Hire someone in house and make him/her work in front of you on your pc/laptop/mobile is an option though.

Could you please explain more, I have two-factor set up. But when he logs in It says a new device is trying to log in, and then I have to allow it?
 
You need to give out your password to do that, someone needs to login to your account in order to remove fake and ghost followers.
 
You can login your account on your device and ask your virtual assistant to connect to your device via Any desk or Team viewer. He will be able to do his job without having access to password.

do it yourself and keep your account safe

Yes this is the only secure way to do it bro!
 
It won't be possible without giving the password, but make sure you follow the below tips to identify fake or ghost followers:

  1. No posts
  2. No display picture
  3. No proper username; more numbers or characters in the username
  4. No proper bio or spammy bio
  5. All posts being posted on the same day
  6. Inconsistent engagement (likes, comments) on posts
  7. A sudden spike in followers without a corresponding increase in engagement
  8. Unusual or generic comments that could be automated
  9. A large number of followers but very few following
  10. Suspicious or irrelevant content in their posts."
