Please help me verify my PayPal account

Could someone please help me verify my stealth PayPal account? I don't care if a VCC or fake bank account is used. I don't intend to use either.. I just need to be able to lift the $500 limit of sending money to my "real" PP account. (if that is even recommended or not)

If necessary I can even pay someone a little something for making this possible, verifying my PP account. Thanks!

What country are you from? After lifting the sending limit, you still have a risk of getting your "real" PP account limited because of your fake account.
