I don't know why, when my customers text me, i can't answer them. It said that there's an error. I tried to search about it but found nothing.
I just started my business for a week.

Oh dear, that error is from fb, many ppl have to face it today, don't worry. The solutions is to wait, we have to wait until they fix it.

If this has been going on for a while, that means that your account has been restricted.

That error is coming from your Page. Maybe you tried instant messaging for a short period of time, causing your account to be considered spam

Restricted account, but it doesn't mean it will be permanent. Ne patient, I think it will resolve itself.

That error may be because your account has tried to message recently and FB thinks it is spamming to influence their users.

Usually those restrictions will be lifted within a period of 24 - 48 hours

It looks like your account has been restricted from messaging due to any suspicious activity. You can clear the browsing history and cache of your browser and try again if it works. If it does not work, you will have to wait for a few days.
