Please help me determine how much my domain is worth?

So I recently bought the domain thefoodsurgeon. when i came across a new youtube channel with a viral video doing surgery on food lol. Me thinking this channel had potential to get big I decided to swoop up the domain before they could in hopes the would buy it off me.

Well sure enough the youtube channel is blowing up and the owner has contacted me interested in getting the domain. So before I respond how much should I ask for? I registered it from namecheap for $10 for the year. But What should I try to sell for. Please Check out "the food surgeon" youtube channel and let me know what you think I should ask for. Thanks in advance, Hopefully I can make some kind of profit.

P.S. The channel already has 27,000 subs in the last 3 weeks and the video that went viral has over a million views.

You should ask meathead, I think he has the most experience in selling domains.
At any way, they state 'a small youtube-channel' but these guys are pros. They just forgot to register the domain early enough. Don't let it go for cheap!

According to siteprice.org the estimated website price is $63 and I think it's enough, but I think can still scale it up since it is badly needed by the buyer.

So I was offered $60 should I take it? Does that seem fair?

If that's his opening offer I advise you to ask for more. I don't know what his potential earnings are but an exact match domain is really valuable to any business. Taking into account you only paid $10 and he is not going to earn millions I would open the negotiation with $150 and set your target at around $100.

Counter that. Tell them that you will entertain any 4 figure offer. DO NOT LISTEN TO PEOPLE THAT TELL YOU TO SELL FOR $100
