Please help me at this

I really need some help as I can't seem to catch a break. I can't get any visitors to my sites and my sites never rank anywhere on google excpet the last pages.

I try to do everything I go seo pay for backlinks have tags but nothing works.

Here are two of my sites can anyone with some experience tell me what I can do to get some visitors and improve my rankings please I would very much appriciate that as I don't know what to do anymore.

There are a lot of quick and easy ways you can drive traffic to your website.

- Set it to 'ping' a list of ping services everytime you have a new post. Or just use a service like pingfarm. This will notify search engines that your content has updated and they will crawl it again.

- Use Yahoo Answers and other question/answer websites to get targeted visitors to your website, quickly!

- Make sure you are targeting realistic keywords (not, 'cars'). And that all your on page SEO is to a good standard (titles, descriptions etc).

I have done the seo and the ping but I haven't tried the yahoo answer so I will give that a try right now and see if it has any effect.
