Please Help!! I'm locked out of my BHW account because of 2FA

Hi everyone,
I have had to create this new account to ask for help unlocking my main account. I have lost access to the email that I originally used to setup my main account many years ago. I have my BHW password and username buu the 2FA is sending me an authentication code to the email address that I no longer have access to. What do I do? I really don't want to lose the account that I have built up over many years. Is there any one that can help me or can you suggest anyone that I can speak with?

Thanks so much for the advice. I have sent them a message. Fingers crossed!!

Might need to open a ticket with a mod or admin and prove it’s your account, email 2FA stuff is usually manual.
