Hello bros and sis...First of all, I'm sorry if my english isn't good since i'm not a native speaker.
I'm planning to use a no copyright video, edit it, publish it on my youtube channel and rank it by buying views, comment and like..

My question is: Can I Rank a Duplicate(not-original) Video on youtube..?
Please help me..

sure, but you need to spin it (make it look as a fresh new unique file), you can use the video editor for that by adding some frames and re-render it, or by using VSB (video spin blaster)
