No, if you discontinue selling the items you got warned for, nothing will happen at least until you break their TOS again. I am sure you are mistaking Auction with Fixed Price. Auction can only be listed up to 10 days maximum and Fixed Listing can be ended at any point of time, which is what I believe you have listed for 24 days. In my case I usually got banned on either first or second warning.

just dont sell that kind of stuff and see what happens

If u R selling copyrights item.make sure mix up your Ebay tittle,for example I will add 1000 instagram folowers.if u write this u got Warning email.but if u write it lik this 1000 Instagram high quality follower its gona be fine...no tension to get suspended
