You are misunderstanding the problem. Account limit 250 is the threshold where you can spend $250/day. If you want to spend more, you'll need to increase your budget so you can increase your threshold or use an account with a higher limit.

No, this is a spending limit that is different from your account's billing threshold
 
It means in one day Facebook allows you to advertise 250 dollars. The money you run must be loaded onto a credit card to pay Facebook. As you spend regularly, this threshold will increase and at some point it will become an unlimited account

$250 is the 1-day account spending limit that Facebook allows
Depending on the account, there will be different limits for example: limit25$, limit 200$, limit 250$, limit 1500$, unlimit
And each type will have a different price, however, $50 is too expensive.
