I see in the marketplace section that people are selling ad accounts with spending limits. For example, an account with a $250 spending limit costs $50.

Does this mean that I can purchase this account and run $250 worth of ads without paying a penny to Facebook?

You are wrong, the account limit here is the limit allowed to advertise in 1 day is 250$. If you want to advertise more, you need a higher limit.

To be able to owe fb, you need to pay fb regularly, you will be owed more, the maximum of a normal account is 900$ but you must spend at least $2k-5k for fb

it is an account with a spending threshold of 250$/day, if you want a higher threshold you have to spend regularly

So, in the marketplace area, can I purchase accounts with credit limits? For example, $900? What are these kinds of accounts called?

No. The account limit spends 250$/day. How much you run must be loaded into your credit card to pay for facebook

this is the limit of spending for the day means 250 per day and then it will increase gradually as you spend more

A $250 account is an account that can only spend $250/day but you can spend more by spending that account evenly. At some point, that account will become a nolimit account (you can spend freely without fear of being limited).

As I understand it $250 is the limit you can spend in 1 day. You still need to pay FB to break and increase the daily limit.

That account is called a threshold account, with a spending limit of $250/day. But as you spend regularly, the $250 threshold increases to an unlimited account

That is the account spending limit. It means you can only spend a maximum of $250 in 1 day.

A $250 account is an account that limits spending to $250 per day. This limit will increase as you spend more.

250$ limit = you can spend your ad with budget 250$/day
250$ threshold (for ex.) = facebook can give you 250$ debt then pay, on postpay account

$250 is the daily spending limit of that account, not the credit threshold you can use. Don't confuse that. It only allows you to spend a maximum of $250 per day, for example, if you want to spend $500-1000 per day, you can't. And if your spending level is high, you have to find and buy accounts with no limit.
