First one should be burned and forgotten.
2nd one is obviously better, but it's still not a good PPV lander.
Think about what PPV is, its a popup that interrupts peoples browsing experience. You think the person on the other side is going to read all that text on the 2nd one? Hell where are you even suppose to start reading that?
There is a simple rule everyone should follow when it comes to PPV landers. It's the K.I.S.S. rule. Keep It Simple Stupid.
Most ppv networks only give you 800x600 viewing space. Think of it like google adwords ad. You aren't there to sell your product in that tiny little window. If you have a product that needs a lot of explaining or selling then make a simple ad that will get their attention and get them interested to find out more about your product.
If you are trying to do something simpler like get insurance leads then you don't need a bigger landing page. Just make a interesting ad with a headline, a picture, and some bullet points with a call to action button.
Just use the K.I.S.S. Rule and you will be fine.
