I sold a Lords Mobile account on 02/11/2025 and successfully delivered the account to the buyer. Playerup did not even credit my account with the money until 03/13/2025, a month later. Fine, at least I got the balance, right? Well, I initiated a balance cash out to Paypal on that same day, and it's been over a month and I still have not received my money or any updates about my payment. They keep blocking my attempts to post on their reddit help group, and they haven't responded to any of my tickets asking where my money is.
Hoping to get my issue resolved by making it public, will update my review if that happens.
For now I'd recommend staying away and not making the same mistake I (and clearly a lot of others) made.
