its already been a week since i sold my account and tried cashing out so far the only response mm was giving me is "please be patient or we are currently backlogged on replies". i haven't received a single penny from the account i sold and mm communication is very very frustrating. came to this site cause i am in desperate need of cash and sold my decade long account. and this is the experience/treatment playerup give me like i dont event know what to say

Hey @ilovemilo, I’m not too familiar with PlayerUp, to be honest, but I found something that might help you out, I did some digging for you.
This has happened to a couple of other members as well, and after a few days, they eventually received everything.
