Platform to find good Graphics designers

I'm on the quest for a great graphic designer to help me design a company logo, but so far, I've come up empty. I tried Upwork, but it didn’t pan out, and the designers on Fiverr haven't really met my expectations. Do you have any suggestions for a platform that you’ve had good experiences with that I haven't mentioned?

Try Dribbble or Behance – you’ll see real portfolios and can contact designers directly. I’ve had better luck there than Fiverr/Upwork.”
