Plagiarizing Other Users' Tweets

I have 250 Twitter accounts and I need to post 10 tweets per account before I start following 100 people a day. For tweet content, I have a couple of ideas--trying both or one of these two:

- Stealing tweets from other Twitter users (NOT re-tweeting, but rather tweeting the same tweets other users have already tweeted).
- Using famous quotes as tweets

Will both of these methods keep me away from Twitter's black hat radar? Thanks.

You should be ok if you add some extra text etc that way i dont see how you can get marked.

I am stealing tweets like more than a year, and tried this about 10-20 accounts, not much but better than nothing; and I never had any problem

Thanks guys. OK, good to know. Makes sense. I guess it would be too resource intensive for twitter to check every single tweet for duplicates considering there are tens of billions of tweets.
