Hi guys
I know there are a lot of experts here and I'm sure I'll find answers to my questions (I've already used the search bar so as not to waste your time)

1) Video Editing:
First of all, I would like to know how to do this kind of video editing:
https://www.tiktok.com/@mur3v/video/7080593477582572806?is_from_webapp=v1&item_id=7080593477582572806
the template of CJ of san andreas i know I can find it. But the fake conversion with the zooms andthe blurred effect around : I wonder if these average people are editing with adobe premier pro or if there is a tool directly on youtube short / tiktok to create this? If not, how do they do it?
i checked and i did not find it.

2) Plagiarism: Like many of you I've already tried to extract videos from youtube short and post them on tiktok (and vice versa), in both cases I literally got 0 views. While usually in classic video I have at least 1000 views.
I searched this forum hoping to find an answer, but I didn't see any topic that talked about "how to divert the plagiarism detection on youtube short / tiktok"
Do you have any tips about this?

This is a very simple edit and it's not even edited that much. It's more like a slideshow of screenshots. You'll need the pictures of CJ first and then for the fake conversation you can download many apps for this on android/iOS. Take screenshots of them and add them all together on CapCut. Sync them with the music and you're done.

Alright thank a lot for your feedback about the editing.
I will do several videos like this, and if it's works i will post some news here. If it's doesn't work i will just $hut my mouth aha.

Regarding the Plagiarism :
"""Like many of you I've already tried to extract videos from youtube short and post them on tiktok (and vice versa), in both cases I literally got 0 views. While usually in classic video I have at least 1000 views.
