What is the best tool to audit an entire website's plagiarism score?

Is such a tool available with Search Console?

Thanks! Seems like Copyscape is the most recommended so far ;)

I'd go for Grammarly. A lot more modern and it's updated. Frankly, I don't know when Copyscape was lastly updated - 2010? :suspicious:

Ma'am, copyscape is still viable. :weep:

@the__1 there are a few, I recommend:

- QueText
- Copyscape
- Grammarly.

These are the top three. My suggestion would be to run it through 2 checkers if you can, just to be sure. But it's entirely up to you.

Never said it's not ;) I'm just saying that it looks outdated and frankly, in 2022 people connect poor/old design with poor functionality. The logic behind is "If you don't care what your site looks like knowing that's the first impression, I cant count on your product being reliable"

Now, tell me you haven't landed on a site and been like "oh, hell no, this looks like the company stopped supporting the product"? I have been numerous times. #UIMatters :anyway:

I was once a designer, so I definitely agree. In fact, when I took a little time off & came back to writing & checking my own content's uniqueness, I was surprised that Copyscape still had the same design they had in 2016.

Though, perhaps their recurring userbase is large enough to warrant their in-action.

It's mildly amusing that their website is circa 2008.

Technically, it's hard to tell which plagiarism tool is "the best", that's slightly* subjective. If multiple gives similar results, that's the base level for accuracy then.

But when it comes to Copyscape, I think they set it up years ago, it was really famous, still is (to some degree) and it drives income on autopilot (that's my assumption, it probably requires min amount of support, but that's just my guess, it might be off). If they improve the UI, they can easily get more sales, but that's up to them of course ;)

I personally like Grammarly, hence why I recommended it.

Oh, I wasn't going to try to claim either of them are the best. I use all 3. I do now prefer QueText as the UI intrigues me.

I think they rely on that simplistic design. That or they're lazy.

Oh, is that why you recommended it? Gee. :) ;)

QueText's UI Is intriguing indeed. But the service, I can't say I like it.

Ha! Yes, as shocking as it might sound, we tend to recommend services that we personally use (unless they suck, then I'd be saying 'Stay away from Grammarly, it SUCKS!') ;)

Crappyscape is outdated and misses a lot.
Grammarly is ok, but the best by far is Quetext.

It seems like the tools that I have tried want you to copy and paste text.

Do any of these tools allow you to enter into your website URL and they basically scan the all text on a website?

QueText is my go to so I can vouch for it

Quetext is industry standard at this point
Copyscape is way too off

Quetext seems very updated and so far i had no problems with them!
