pinterest scraped exchange ???

ok if your like me you have like 5 - 10 bots running on your pc at once which is a drag on the resources but i find the most power sucking thing is scraping the ids to follow so i want to ask first because i want to see if its even allowed to have a thread where we share text files of people to follow or even share anything scrapped. is this allowed? or is it against site rules? would like approval from site admin of some sort
