Pinterest repining strategy

Hi i am new on this forum i need help from the gurus and experts on this forum i have 2 questions.

No 1: few days ago on pinterest i saw pinterest account with no follower but thousands on pins from same 3/4 websites and all the pins have large and same amont of repins these pins have 5000 repins some have 10000 time repin i dont know what strategy he use and what kind of bot he use for repins i need to the strategy can any expert on this forum help me . I am really thakfull to him

I can offer some insight for the bot part:

I was using a self-made bot that pinned stuff daily. Pinterest changed a few things so it's not possible to use it anymore. The most important thing for me is auto posting pins. That's why I purchased Pin Blaster, that offers that among other stuff. I import 100 pins and schedule them to be posted in the following days.
It also offers follow/unfollowing people (so far it has not increased my followers dramatically, maby I'm doing something wrong) and liking, repinning etc (not using that stuff at all, can't comment on it's usability).
All in all, a solid piece of software, I'd change a few things (too many "click here otherwise we will use the whole list" questions) and Immunet antivirus says gives some virus warnings, which I hope to God are false positives, because I'm using this on my work computer.

You can use product that acts similar to a Pinterest Bot - it's called Auto Pin. You can schedule your pins, do some automatic pinning/liking and automatically accept or send board invites.

How are you seeing the repin counts? I thought Pinterest eliminated that view a few months ago.

If u using bot why u not using ifttt? My all account pinterest use bot and automatically with ifttt

i found some good tools for pinterest, this can see repin, save and do sort but this not free , i cant link bec not have point ,
u can search to chrome extension the name is : Pinterest Plus Premium , with purple logo
 
Can anyone answer the first question. What does it mean to repin these photos from same sites without enough followers ?

I am also extremely interested in finding out how are people spamming 10k pins every day. I remember doing it few years back with autoclicker, but can't get it to work now because of new stupid design they have
