Hi Guys ,i have a lot of Impression and repin but pin click is low ( all post are same pin click is low)
what's Problem ? please help me

It's an intetesting image....but lacks a call to action that get's the click!.

Depending on the timeframe whether this is for days, weeks or perhaps the full default month view of these stats.
Also looking past the fact Pinterest often has a habit of botching the metrics at pin level from time to time showing inaccuracy compared to even their own Analytics.

At face value and with this image alone to go on it's clear, you are simply not doing enough to entice a click-through from the viewer.
As @KevinRB mentions, your image can be spot on and ticks the boxes. However its the combination of on-image text, Pin title, pin description and the destination page "URL" that does most of the legwork.

Looking at the gaps between impressions VS saves, and also saves VS clicks. I can't help but think the image/video you are posting is already providing the viewer some of the answers/information they were looking for.

i.e. Your pinned image contains elements in the image that provide answers for them. (Or could just be a nice image that satisfies their need)
Similar to something like a Pin with a "Hairstyle" idea within it showing them exactly how to do it step-by-step within the image. They have limited use for your destination URL after this point if that was their end goal.
If they do click, its more of a "curiously click" than a need or want to know more. (This is where your ad CTR and email-opts suffer)

My advice, always keep them wanting more or instill the perception in them that the answers are only a click away (Source URL).

That being said, it's a limited amount of information to go on in one image. If you have further examples that might go a long way to finding answers for you.
