Pinterest permanent or temporary problem?

Each day I followed 200-300 people until last week which no longer possible to follow.

I believe you have been blocked from following more people. Your followers/following ratio is two wide. I would advice you unfollow a lot of the people who don't follow back Then try again make sure the ratio is proper. It is better to have more followers than following otherwise try to keep the ratio close.
