Pinterest JV

Everybody knows that Pinterest is a trend now.
So why not to use it properly.

I'm web developer of custom "web-service" that is exploiting Pinterest.
Here is a description of the project:
-Grabbing of pictures
(Right now this site contains approximately 50000 unique pictures from top of Pinterest niches.
Pictures are got grabbed every 10 minutes and archieved in a custom site engine.)
-Watermarking
-Archieving and categorization
-Followers exchange
-Referral link for members
-5 level referrer structure that can be used in multi level promotion (rewards based on this i can add anytime according to the logic we will define)
-custom content locker that drive visitors to CPA offer prior to free registration

I need full time internet marketer partner that is good about or willing to:
-english as native language for writing promo texts and creating hype
-dealing with traffic

Generally I see this JV in this way:
Option 1. I give you this project to manage and you make this site profitable so you will become a 50/50 co-owner.
Option 2. Upon discussion (i'm open to your offers).
