Pinterest is stripping Amazon Affiliate Links

This person has amazon links working withouth redirections (so it seems) does anyone know anything more on how he/she does this?

Having 100+ followers on pinterest now, i'm aiming on 1k followers and then start doing this fulltime.

you can even make a redirect on your site so that it goes right to amazon.

even though after 3 or 4 years on this site I still see myself as a noob. I just check my pinterest account and when I scroll over my amazon links, everything seems fine with my affiliate tag and everything. Am i missing something?
 
In case they start looking at the content of the landing page just use javascript to generate the links on the fly.
There is no way to filter that. Currently.

Could you enlighten those of us that are less Tech-Savvy? How exactly would that be done?
 
I'm starting to hate Pinterest. They suspended my account because apparently I "pin too fast and it looks like spam." That is so damn stupid.
 
If you cloak a lot from one domain, they will remove your link from repins at some point. Use some major shortener service, or set up .info domains. It's really easy to set up cloaking with multiple domains with Wordpress multisite.
