Pinterest is Going to Get HUGE

Pinterest is becoming the next biggest thing.

It already receives over 16 million visitors per month, and now it is going to get HUGE.

The reason for this is because on the news, it says that Obama has now joined Pinterest, which creates HUGE publicity for the site:

So help me brainstorm LOL. I have THREE niche social networks. Nothing XXX or porn, though one is dating, one more adult meet and chat, the other for career professionals in a specific field.

How do I use Pinterest to increase my site's visibility, traffic, conversions, etc etc?

I've NEVER used it, but am going on a reading spree tonight, finding an invite (I think I saw a post in BHW right below this one, actually), and thinking hard about this.

My 3 sites are all quality stuff, too. Not auto-generated, spun content, any of that...phpFox social networks.

Pinterest is mostly women, so products that do well are anti-acne, anti-aging, weight loss, etc.

what about Dildo's, Clitoral stimulators, Clitoral pumps and teasers, Lubes and potions, G-spot vibrators and Discreet vibrators?
 
It's already #55 in the world on Alexa! This is probably the most viral an entire site has gone before.

And yeah like 2 months ago would have been the best time to get on it. Cold Brew Labs is wise to our botting games and have been quick to implement anti-spam/automation obstacles.

Shouldn't this thread be renamed to Obama's PR team join Pinterest?

Pinterest isn't all that it's cracked up to be in my opinion. When the time is right, Facebook will just absorb the concept, like it can do to most social networks.
 
is there a java script to where u can auto pin multiple pictures at once?
 
I don't think you can put of pics of these products. Most women like to see clothing, shoes, purses, beauty products, etc.

why not? are not these products of women interest? and no where pinterest claims that it is only women only website..

Did anyone actually tried pining porn pics there?
 
I heard about pinterest months ago, and I was like.. pahh! it's nothing :p I should have thought about it more :( but I don't see how pinterest has longevity, the other social networks have real interaction, this does not. I may be completely wrong, but we'll see.

I won't be cashing in on this one :p
 
Pinterest failed to arouse my interested even though I tried.
Meh. Will give it another shot on the weekend.
 
It has low barrier to entry because it's easy to use for its target demographic. i.e. Click Here For Big Picture. Can't get any easier than that. And yeah, most of the time I've been there all the pins are related to women's shopping.
 
Very soon it will be overly saturated. Places like facebook can never be saturated because of the longevity of the users on the website.
 
"A Picture Says Thousand Words"

Pinterest user have this mentality and therefore it is working. There is no wonder that women have a strong imagination and can interpret things very well. Especially when it comes to fashion, design, art and craft etc.

You can check, these niches are getting most of the love from pinterest followers.
