anyone can tell me what are the safe limit of pin and repin?same between pin and repin?1000 per day??? Seems a lot.....

i have 2,700 followers on an account i had forgot i made awhile back with some pretty big boards, how might i monetize it?
 
Just saw an e-mail come in from Pinterest talking about testing Promoted Pins for select businesses, wonder how that will progress.

Update on my account.I haven't made any sales in 4 days which sucks.Im up to over 5000 pins and I have about 2500 followers.Im still getting a ass load of repins and likes.I have been getting a few invited but I turn ones down with less than 1000 followers.

I think I'm going to let the account sit for a few months and let the page rank increase.Im going to start a new account with a new niche but not sure what niche yet.Ill be doing some keyword research for a few days and see what I can find.
 
On the previous question of unique views, I get only ~ 700 -800 day. The niche I am in (ironically - because I didn't plan it this way) has a high CPC, so I get ~ 2$ per click. I take it some of you have been banned using a Pinterest Clone site? Hmm. That may not bode well for me, if that is a criteria for nuking someone (all by itself). Still doing ~ 1,000 pins per day through the machine. I only have 150 followers. I would say (just to answer some other questions) about 75% of my traffic comes from Pinterest. Other 25% spread across Twitter, FB, and other micro-social network sites. I do have a very small delay between pins. PinBlaster really rocks for this. But I think the key is, you MUST have it appear that the pins to your boards are coming as 'pins from your website'. Not pins from your images on your desktop. That's where the custom plugin comes in, etc.

I do not even pin to group boards that often. Maybe once per week, maybe one or two pins without my watermark or anything. just a straight up pin thats super-relevant. Still hovering around $40/day Adsense... but I can see it still slowly climbing.

Could be that you should try to get a good mix of social traffic coming to your Adsense site to really try and insulate yourself and not put all eggs in one basket... so to speak.

In the next 2 weeks will be popping up another pinterest clone and doing the EXACT same thing but in another niche I discovered. I will post back here eventually to let everyone know if that one works as well as this one, or if somehow this one is a fluke of good luck, flying under the radar for some reason, etc.

you pin so much a day, what comments (description) those pins have?
 
The exact same description they were scraped with to begin with. Use PinBlaster. It does this.
 
After 6 days with no sales,I decided to start pinning again and see if I can get the sales rolling back in.I think from not being active is why my sales vanished.Im not getting any traffic from google just 100% Pinterest traffic.Looks like I might have to do a scrapebox blast to my boards and see if that helps.

One of my blogger blogs I use has over 1200 Google +1's and I have no idea how that happened but I'm not seeing any traffic to it from google.Pretty strange.
 
I got around to starting my new account today.Im taking a completely different approach with this account and try something new.Hopefully it works out.
 
I am seeing some new changes this morning to pin posting. Havent posted any pins for 4 days and today I am seeing the "woah thats a lot of pins" after just 15 pins each with a 2 minute delay. Anyone else notice anything?
 
yeah, same here. I can repin but pinning is limmited now.
 
I made another sale yesterday and my main account has gone kinda mini viral..I got about 2000 repins and about 3000 hits in traffic.
 
Here's another tip for you guys.When you get board invites,don't accept every board you get.Accept boards only in your niche.Don't accept boards with less than 1500-2000 followers.Only approve a board that is not in your niche if it is 4000 followers or over.

The reason for this is to weed out spammers.You don't want a account about "pet care" then accept boards with people selling shoes.Looks spammy right?If it looks spammy to you it definately looks spammy to other people.

Just something to think about.
