Pinterest account issue. How to solve ?

I opened a Pinterest account and started blogging about a year and a half ago. And I was publishing content and pins regularly. But suddenly I found that they are not allowing me to post anything on my Pinterest account. However, I have not been very active on the account for the past 3 to 5 months. The question is, if the Pinterest account is deleted, will the traffic to the website stop automatically? Could there be any problem with the traffic in the sector? Moreover, if I talk to support right now, can they restore this account? If I search for the username in another browser, it is visible in front of me. Is this a shadowban?
