Pinterest 30 profiles 1 website

Im working on health niche.
How to get out at the end with 30 profiles posting.
I saw more more comments that says 4 5 profiles one website should i open more or there is a wayout to work with one.
Anyway the profiles have 700 up to 2k followers so is not that much.
Using dedicated proxy on all of them.
Working on massplanner.

its too much websites im looking for a way to work with 1 website with all the accounts
